The Process...
Madskills Kitchen recently partnered with projekt202 to create a go-to-market strategy.
The process encompassed various research techniques including a Kano Study which helped identify features in which the company could most efficiently benefit from. In addition, the team interviewed key stakeholders which aided in the creation of provisional personas.
Branding, UX design, product packaging and marketing collateral were all part of the process as well.
In the end, all of the work that goes into this project is to help young women in need get a chance to learn and practice job skills in an environment that demands excellence in both work and in character.
